Might consider selling rather new to me E91 Wagon (~11 months new)

07 RWD A/T; ~84k miles on it.
TiAg Ext/Black dakota interior;

I believe I am the 3rd owner, the wagon spent all its life in DC area.

Roof has a few dings from previous owners doing the roof-rack thing

Exterior: 7/10
Interior: 8/10

Pros:
- Recently done WP/thermostat with various coolant hoses replaced
- ABS pumps replaced due to code
- Rear brakes
- Driver side seat replaced by a sport seat off of low mile X1, heat/bolster all works perfectly
- LCI halogen lights
- A/T filter/fluid replacement; P/S fluid reservoir replacement

All the works above happened within this year/5k miles ish combined.

Cons:
- Surface rust on rear subframe carrier
- Front tension/control arms will need to get replaced
- Front brakes in the near future
- Radio screen pixels when hot

What would be a reasonable price to ask if I were to list it for sale? Not trying to make fortune on a workhorse wagon but curious.

$6k-$8k, depending on the buyer and extent of the exterior dents and rust. Only one opinion, of course...

Hmm. Imma check this one out on Wed. 162K 6MT. Shows accident/incident, but called and they said, "cosmetic damage." Being sold by BMW dealer, so does that the car will be checked over thoroughly?

I have a 2011 xDrive, AT with 120K miles. Should I consider trading for this?

I am at a complete loss on the BaT E91...

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20..._listing_ended

$37,275 all in for the buyer. I have no idea who spends that kind of money on a car that isn't perfect.

Yeah, it's a wild wagon market at the moment. Now is the time for anyone with an E91 6MT wagon to sell into the frenzy. Especially this example being an xDrive with its ultra-slow steering ratio, non-sport package (i.e. awful seats, I hate them), extra weight to drag around, extra problems with higher miles, etc, you have to wonder who would buy one for in the semi-beater condition of the car. I guess it's time for EAG to seriously up their crazy wagon prices going forward.

Are you suggesting the price on that BaT car was in line and accurate with the current market?

It's a mark of a matched seller and buyer today; that's all I know. Heck, tomorrow you could bring a lower mileage M-sport RWD example in LeMans Blue and it might sell for less, who knows?

I'm just saying that if you have one you want to move, now is the best time so far to do so. When bidders are screaming bids at you, you wait until their voices go hoarse and you let it go.

Did they tell you the price ? Nicely loaded, BTW.

Edit: the link is broken. Go to the dealer site and search the VIN there:

Wow. Forget E46 M3, get those E91s!

Heck, I'll do a straight trade with someone for their Cayman S. Deal?

That's just insane.

xdrive, non-sport, halogen headlights, no comfort access...
a few rock chips in the front bumper, spidering on the rear bumper, 3 owners...
It's got nice colored seats, I guess? Rock hard horrible non-sport nice colored seats though...
even with the 45k miles i would've pegged it at 20k on a good day.

$35k??
Guess we'll see if the buyer backs out...

Exactly my thoughts.

Guess that makes mine worth $50k

Will trade straight up for a 1M in VO.

That BAT auction price is insane. That was almost exactly double what my 40k mile msport auto went for.

Yes you should if you want a manual RWD with sport. This has all the nice options too. Why can't this be on the west coast?!

That puts into perspective my rwd, manual, sport package E91 for sale on the west coast right now. Car is loaded with plenty of options, panorama sunroof, comfort access, iDrive, etc. Price is obo and unlike the BaT car, bids won't go above the asking price you see here.

My exact thoughts as well! This is insane! I mean kudos to the seller I guess...:

But in all honestly, I would have expected this only out of a RWD, 6MT, with M-Sport package, other options, and low mileage. Or a swapped engine. Looking forward to BlueM3Wagon listing his E91 M3.

I can't wrap my head around today's BaT bizzaro auction. A 3-owner Colorado LCI AWD long roof 6MT with 45k for $37k??? Not RWD, NOT even a sport pack??? The former HI 15k mile 6MT on autotrader for $35k would be a BARGAIN by comparison. Did I miss something? There were 3 bidders gunning for it!

Dude just stop. Your car is absolutely not in the same category. It’s R title and has 200k + miles. It’s worth about 7k max.
