Attn Rotora owners: Question about brake pads replacement

I am thinking of doing a Rotora 6 piston brake upgrade on the front of my 335 and was wondering if brake pad replacement was easier/quicker than stock brakes for track days. One of the reasons I want to upgrade is the pain of swapping stock brakes to Hawk pads every event. I watch my buddy with a Porsche swap out his pads in 5 minutes (just pull the pin) and it makes me want pull my hair out. Also, what compounds are people using on the track?
