Where do you put the spare?
I've had my e90 for bout 7 months and i've already had 3 flats which has cost me 1500 bucks to replace b/c of the run flats. I want to get new tires but is there a better place to put a spare other than just loose in the trunk?

Won't it come out and give you room for a spare?

A LeatherZ space saver spare tire kit then perhaps?
http://leatherz.com/Merchant2/mercha...etyConvenience Or else, you could just get non-run flat tires...and a plug filler like the ///M Mobility Kit, ContiKit from Continental...or the Airman Kit available through Canadian Tire. BTW...where the heck do you drive that gets you so many flats? Do you live besides a nail factory? |

ok the plastic cover is a bitch to take out, you have to take out the gray plastic covering the rear wall of the trunk and its bolted in through the bottom. then when you get it out there isn't room for a spare. So basically you just have to stick it in the trunk or get something to patch it with.

I just bought a mob kit (conti) since I just switched out my run flats last week. It's a small worry for me, hopefully the mob kit can handle anything I come up against.

spare tire? Ehh takes up too much space in the trunk. Alot of us buy the Mobility kit or the Continental tire kit. Small enough to fit anywhere in the trunk and gives you a peace of mind just in case you get a flat.
