Help with why rear tyres are rubbing please - problem resolved

Details on my set up. 2007 E92 330d M sport on Eibach pro springs with new Sach M sport shocks, drop around 11mm front & roughly stock ride height at rear as this set up doesn't drop much at rear. 4 wheel laser alignment & adjustment carried out about a month after suspension install.
Wheels are Atomic CSL style 19x8.5 et38 front & 19x9.5 et33 with new Pirelli silver tyres that are 235/35/19 front & 265/30/19 rear.
I'm getting some rubbing with the rears over large speed bumps but when there are 4 people in the car a lot of rubbing, as many will know others are running wider wheels & tyres at the rear with no issues so if anyone has any idea why mine may be rubbing please let me know. My only thought at the moment is that the Pirelli silver tyres seem quite wide, they are also quite square compared with the Bridgestone run flats that are on my other wheels, they taper in more at the top of the tyre but are 255 wide & nearly on the legal limit so I can't use them. Also if it is down to the tyre being wider than most does anybody know of a manufacturer that are a bit narrower?
Thanks in advance & a few picks below which were taken before 4WA if it helps.

Maybe try a smaller tyres on the rears. I have 255 on my 10j rears with a very small amount of stretch. You can drop a few sizes should make a difference.

Pirelli do run wide, or round instead of square side walls. U could b rubbing plastic liner. If that's the case heat it up and re-mold it. If u have scoring on the tire, it's the metal fender. Time to roll rear fenders if that's the case.

I really don't want to drop down to 255 width as I will have to change the fronts as well, just spent £570 on 4 new tyres so worst case only want to change the rears then sell the rear Pirelli tyres on.
Its definitely rubbing on the metal fender as there is black tyre gel all over the rear of it, wouldn't have bought the wheels if I thought I would have to roll the arches, having spent £1100 on new suspension & tyres the wheels were a bit of a luxury that I fancied rather than needed & I can't really justify spending any more.

All these cars ideally need their archers rolling. For the cost of £90 and no more worried of rubbing makes it worthwhile

Just as a point of reference for any of you guys having the same problem in the future I changed the rear Pirelli silver's for Toyo T1 sports in the same sizes, once fitted they are around 10mm narrower width at the widest point & are also a much rounder sidewall which has resolved my rubbing issues.

Glad you got it sorted mate, have you got pics (similar to the pics in your first post) of the T1sports fitted?

Thanks

P-zeros are muassive compared to other tyres. I had the same problem on my rears when i changed them to p-zeros. I cured it differently though by getting aggressive with the arch mods and camber. Looking forward to going back to normal camber though when i change up the tyres.

Thanks bud, the pic helps to show the difference in tyre size and available clearance between the two - exactly what I wanted to see!

Great looking car

It is amazing the difference in width of different tyre brands. Falkens have always been great for giving the stretched look and providing more clearance too.

Cheers guys, I've had the new wheels removed & in the garage whilst I researched new tyres for months, contacted numerous tyre companies with none willing to help which has certainly cost them my business. If this helps just one forum member then it's worth the few minutes of time it's cost me in posting.
