Loaner talk reminds me, anyone know whether Erhard (Bloomfield or Farmington) is going to get any 4-series loaners? I love my is and it'd take at least an M2 in the mold of the 1M for me to get rid of her, but I'm curious to compare it to my seat time in a range of F30's (and perhaps to my E92... though the F22 seems much more in line in that respect). Especially after all the seemingly nonspecific reviews that say how "it's so different from the F30." I'd prefer a 2-series loaner 10:1 over the bloated F32, but I highly doubt all wheel drive Erhard would ever offer that... At least as long as the 2-series is RWD only.
Erhard Bloomfield.

BMW is on record as saying the lack of Xdrive for the 1-series was a bad market move, I expect AWD 2-series before the next snowfall.

It's not winter that I am sick of, it is the fact that we are still sharing the roads with people that don't know how to drive in the snow. Just when I thought everyone had it all figured out, my 45 minute work commute took nearly three hours on Thursday...

Nah, no way. With that flash blizzard we had yesterday, I concluded that girls in jeeps are the worst drivers in the state.

Proceeded to swerve and cut me off then beep at me when she's barely paying attention to the road while on her phone and drinking coffee. Like why tail gate, your jeep will flip by the time you over correct your steering wheel.

Are you from FL or are you just getting it shipped here? Gonna be driving it in the snow?

I should've clarified by saying I wish they'd get a RWD 2-series loaner, even though BMW is quickly becoming Audi. I'm currently debating when I'll replace my AWD daily with something RWD. It's true, with Blizzak's you really don't need AWD, by the time the snow is that high I'd have run out of ground clearance anyways.

*almost* ran out of ground clearance on the way home tonight, next year it's dedicated winter SUV if we get much more of this.

Dealership needs my car for another day. I guess the updating the car is taking a long time CCC r&r is like an hour tops.

I miss my e90 though. I'm not particularly wowed by the f30, but I do like how the 328d sounds idling in my garage.

similar story here. I split the bottom of my bumper on an ice block. I have also had several times where I was plowing snow with the bumper. has been good about getting stuck tho, took snow up to the roundel on the hood to stop it... then I blew the diff on the jeep pulling it out

seems like it could be fun in the snow. those are my old ch's on it now. would need some real meat for the winter obvy.
