Lowering with Spacers?
I have 18x8.5 BBS wheels with 38mm offsets and 235/40 tires all around on my 335xi. On the rears I have added 15mm spacers for a net offset of 23mm. I want to install KW V3 coilovers to lower about 1" but am concerned the tires will rub. How can I determine if this will work before installing the coilovers?
Has anyone else lowered with rear spacers? |

The OE 162 wheel is 18x8.5 with a +37mm offset about the same size as your BBS.
Many members have already used KW coilovers with the factory wheels while others have lowered their cars with 15mm spacers. |

it may rub, but you can always get smaller spacers... and with the fully adjustable suspension, you will have a variety of setups you can try out...
