I'm down for that day. I'll make sure I close off all appointments that day. Early bday pressure for myself

Skidz, what kind of boost are you running when you track?

I'm just wondering if it would be a good idea to lower mine for when I track it. Not sure I need 300kW at Wakefield haha. I have enough issues with track in a straight line let alone going around corners.

I WAS running 17 last time but i think that is the cause of my heat/limp problem. so I'm going to pull it back to 15 and see how that goes.

Hmmm... Not sure whether to run my DD meth map with ~19-20psi or maybe load up a less aggressive map. Might just try my DD map and see how I go.

Do you bring extra meth? I remember you ran out last time.

alex i doubt you actually need more powah on wakefield !! it's a tight track and it's compliment the good handling cars and not the high powered ones! ofcourse you also can have high powah with great handling. So I'd say go with the lower boost and have fun rather than like last time keep limp mode!

Well the last time was due to my HPFP. Misfired and limped even on stock boost haha.

With the Procede I can just put it on map 1. I can check what boost it makes but I'll probably still go map 4 meth just for shits and giggles (screams) down the straight.

First timers will pay $170 then after that it's $120 only as the track license is for a year. If you have not been to track you should! it's great fun and what more to learn about the abilities of your car.

only prob with EC is their track configs are all over the shop and the price for half a day is about the same as 4 FULL days at wakefield.

Actually ARDC runs private practice days that are only $130 for all day. They have them on Fridays but yeah, the track configuration does change each time.

The reason why the half day track days are so expensive is because I think they have instructors there who need to get paid.

It's on the ARDC website under practice days.

http://www.ardc.com.au/articles/ARDC...es-for-2013/97

As far as I can see you don't need to be an ARDC member and you just arrive and drive. No instructors. If you're a member it's only $105.

Nah I haven't been myself. I just remember seeing it and thinking to myself that it was very good value. It sounds like a SOTS day without the need for any type of license and etc. and only held on Fridays. Pity about the ever changing track layout but it's nice and close
