Leather Issue

Any suggestions for this? No amount of leather cleaner/conditioner will help, like the top layer of the leather itself got ripped away? First one for me.

What do you want us to tell you? The leather has obviously de-laminated and the sealed and printed top coat is gone. If you want this fixed the best way, visit any local auto dealership (doesn't have to be BMW) and ask when their interior repair person comes by (usually once a week). Go see them and have them melt the liquid leather stuff they use over the hole and give it some pattern similar to the OEM stuff. Done. Cost ya about $40 in cash.
