i have a BMW 328i Coupe, White with black interior, 6spd manual, sports pack and heated seats only.

The car is scheduled to arrive May 1, i paid $500 over invoice (i know the GM at the dealers). You cant get a deal like this anywhere!

Asking 3k down (which is what i put down) and $488 a month which includes tax:rocks: !. If anyone is interested or if you have questions PM me.

its 36months 12k miles per year. it has 0 miles on it it will be arriving may 1st.

you technically dont HAVE to take the car. So why not just walk away from it? They'll have no problem selling this car.

i went through a broker so hes not letting me get out of my deposit/down. I signed a contract stating that i would cancel or if i did i would pay his commission that is why i am not walking away.

ooh. Well according to your original post you had said you knew the GM and thats how you got the deal and if that was the case I wouldnt see why they wouldnt let you walk away. But, since you went thru a broker thats a different story.

Good luck man. You shouldnt have any issues with your mission...$500 over invoice is unheard of for the e92 (best I could do for my clients is $800 for a 328 and $1200 for a 335)
