F30 Performance brakes in E92 335i

Hallo,

Finaly got my babies in the wheels.

F30 Performance brakes 370mm 4 pistons calipers. Plug and play and fits in 18' wheels with a bit of brushing on calipers, 1-2 mm and all ok. Can tell the difference now, brakes are new so in a few days I can compare them to stock brakes.
Rear can't be used in E92 as far as I know.

I thought these did NOT fit the E9X models. Where did you get these?

the rotor surface looks mammoth compared to the tiny 4pots, looks like a better alternative to ppl spray painting their oem calipers.

I will poste a few pics today, comparing to stock 347mm front.
I haven't done heavy braking but soon, so far have driven aprox 300 kms on them with easy on the brakes. They feel so good, will try smt harder finaly. Rottors are 28,4 thick instead of 32 I think. Stock 335i has 330mm rear brakes so it is enough. Will keep them.

Looking forward to see those pictures! Looks like the F30 performance rotor does fit the e92 335 then, as long as you have wheels big enough to accomodate them! (at least the front one)

Hallo,
Front rotors are 348/30 not 32 and F30 has 370/30 but there was written min 28,4mm.
I don't know if It's possible only to change rotors for series calipers. Will do some measures on Sat and post them.
I tried a few hard brakings and it feels good Can not compare to another BBK but I like them very much.

Looks good man. Great job.

Question to you:
-Why the rear does not fit? Mounting point of the calipers?
-Do you have to code your car so it can accept this new brake system?
-Do you use the brake sensors from F30 or E9x?

Thanks,

Which bit did you grind to fit those in? Lol.

Will air circulation be a problem?

Cheers

BEFORE and AFTER FACELIFT!
NEW and SEALED!

The offer includes a complete retrofit kit with original BMW parts for the front axle:

BMW Performance 370 x 30mm brake discs / 4-piston Brembo calipers with M logo / brake pads / brake sensor / fenders, front / screw

The brake fits plug and play!
I was also under the assumption they would not fit as the hubs are different on the F Series.

@riki18 Did they just bolt on with no issues? or did you use an adapter of some kind?

Great info. Do you have any pictures of the "brushing on calipers" you had to do?

Thanks,
Rob

great info indeed. I'm this close to getting the kit. just waiting to see if I can get more clarification on the fitment of the rear brakes. Anybody knows for sure whether they fit or not?

Thats the kit right there:

I had to brushed it obly by 2 mm on the top of the caliper. Not a big deal. I'll post pics in 2 days. So far nobody knows why rear does not fit. I got this information from the company where I bought them. If they fit, they would sell them
