Red face Help identify disconnected wire 2011 335d

I was in in vehicle vs. mud incident. When the towed me out finally in a nasty 2-3 rain storm the tow company made things worse by dragging me through the mud and fairly deep water. Anyway the 335d is dry and getting a Limp Motor icon on startup. I read a lot of those have to do with transmission issues. And I do have a pair of disconnected wires ripped out by the mud. I want to connect them but the connector was ripped off and im not 100% sure where they connect and if they do if I can buy these parts that seem to disappear into the under-carriage of my vehicle. Or if I should just splice a new connection. The 335d was "totaled" but has had a lot of nice work done (no DEF, new exhaust, Engine tuned, new tires, etc.) and would like to get her back on the road. I will post a few pictures but since I am working on jack-stands the framing is not perfect. If you are willing to help I can take more pictures. Thank you!

if you are deleted then you will have a few wires not connected to anything.. the one near the trans pan looks like it might be the wires that went to the DEF injector and the one near the fuel filter look like the one that went to the o2 sensor for the emissions... those would be normal to be disconnected

you need to run for codes and figure out what is causing the limp mode... it sounds like you might be on a hunting game when you don't know what all is going on underneath... deletes leave a few connectors unplugged

I have "Carly for BMW" and will post a report from there. Thank you for the notes on the deletes leaving some wires behind

Very end of Stoner's entry is NOx sensor, not O2. That NOX sensor body (that has a harness connector) is right by the fuel filter. I presume its gone as the NOX sensors were disconnected and removed.

There are two sensor errors from fuel throttle. I am replacing it next week since it was under water for 8+ hours

You said in mud incident above but now saying under water for 8 hours.

Was the wiring on bottom of engine in water or even deeper?

You are planning to replace what? You mentioned sensors related to fuel throttle.

I'm confused cuda. If the "fuel throttle" was under water. Could mean the pedal or the "throttle "body was under water?
