Iv got an xi. While i didnt hear those noises i can tell you one thing. CHANGE YOUR DIFF AND TRANSFER CASE FLUIDS! when i changed my front diff the fluid was GREEN and chalky/gunky looking, like green milk. Rear one wasnt to bad. Havnt done transfer case yet as im waiting for bt cable to reset it. Make sure you buy bmw transfer fluid and redline diff fluid

Oh sound nice, I didnt know they were coming out with them.

I kept it simple got a good deal on H&R coilovers so went with those, that way i am able to combine labor for install and fluid change.
