During a normal cruise, I noticed smoke smell inside the car. I pulled over and popped the hood to notice smoke coming from around turbos.turned the car off n on and no smoke was noticed upon restarting the car.drove for another hour and no smoke appeared.
Car has 110kms(60kmiles), out of warranty.Car pulls strong as ever, no smoke out of tailpipe. It smelled like oil burning. No codes on either jb4 or bav tech cable.
Can someone direct me what to look for? It is rather scary with smoke coming out of the engine bay and with no apparent loss of power/turbo whine.

What color was the smoke and what did it smell like? Could be alot of things (Head gasket, turbo oil/coolant feed lines, blown seals with smoke getting past gaskets, PCV oil out of rear turbo inlet, etc)

smoke had almost black color.did smell like oil.
i pulled off the pan/plastic plate underneath to see if there are any apparent burn marks. NO burn marks to be seen.

i have owned this car since it had 6k kms. tuned since 50k kms. maybe 4-5launches+couple highway runs, ran very moderate boost never going past 15psi.
head gasket or oil lines ~ are they this crappy from factory?
