A/C on, blows warm left side, cold A/C right side vents. wtf

This is the 2nd time I have seen this.

Turn the A/C on, doesnt matter what settings are what. Drivers vents blow warm air while passengers vents blow cold A/C.

Is something broke? I searched.

First item to check is proper refrigerant level.
