Indy 500 vs Pilot 4S tread width

Anyone have experience going from Indy 500 to Pilot 4S or vice versa.

My car E90 LCI so the 8mm wider rear hubs (in the rear) came with 255/30/19 Pilot 4S which are now done and 19x9.5 +35 wheels. They fit well and rub ever do slightly in 1 spot on hard dips(never really been an issue.

I do have an LSD and Id like to do wider. I am okay doing a minor fender roll to get more width in the back but I do not want to have to flat roll/pull.

I would like 275s in the back but I doubt the 4S is going to fit; Indy 500 I have heard is a bit narrower. so Ive been hoping on the wider 265s

(Tire rack section and tread widths also dont make any sense)

I just went from MPSS's to Indy 500's and the Firestone tire is visibly narrower. I know you asked about the 4S, but I'm assuming both Michelin tires are the same widths for their respective sizes.

I ended up going with the 265 Indy 500 and yes they have pretty similar tread width as the MP4S (wider section width though) so they don't rub.

I really should have gone with the 275 and done a light/minor roll but that will be for the next set
