2009 E92 328i 6MT Fluid Change

I have a '09 328i 6MT with 82K miles. I think it's never been changed as I purchased at 63Kish miles. Transmission shifts are a bit rough and inconsistent, mostly between 1st through 3rd. Dealer recommends not to ever change 6MT fluid. Trying to get insight if I should change fluid and, if so, with what fluid: BMW factory manual trans fluid or something else based on people's experiences.

I swapped unknown fluid at 220k km with redline MTL. It seemed great at first but quickly returned to shift feel i got the car with.

Other popular options are Redline D4 ATF, royal purple, and BMW fluid. From everything ive read they are all mostly the same as far as feel

I have 421,000 miles on my MT. It's seen approximately 100,000-mile oil change intervals using BMW MTL-3 oil.
