yeah it takes about a year. I went through the process with my 03 C320 Sport. Once I went into mediation, the immediately settled... good luck, let your lemon law attorney handle everything. You'll have the car to drive in the mean time and it'll be paid for.

I think he means that although he's still paying for the car, that he'll get all his money back minus the mileage until the first service for the fuel pump.
