Update: First and for most apologies for the delayed dyno graph posts. Decided to go another route. I ordered the Simon2 Data Logger from Active Autowerke. Going to be doing some data logging and sending the files to Active Autowerke for some fine tuning to work with added E85 fuel in search for a few more ponies. Will keep you guys posted on status and of course a dyno run with everything hopefully worked out on my E90 328i setup.

So your 230 crank horsepower is like 200whp, and whp is what dynos typically measure.

plus or minus, yes. the S54 makes 333bhp, and they dyno at around 285whp. the N54 were rated at 300hp and dyno around 270whp (stock). The stock BHP on the N54 is likely under-rated from the factory, unless you believe there's only a 10% drivetrain loss.

320hp N55 (The newer EWG Turbos, like the M235) should dyno at 290-300whp 360hp M2 are about 330-340whp. They are underrated. The 330hp G37 dyno around 27xwhp, right in line with the 333hp M3. Last edited by Taskmaster; 03-15-2019 at 10:10 AM.. |

Hello everybody,
I own E92 with an n52 engine. I already have done some modifications : Dinan Ram Air Intake Kit K&N Air Filter + Carbon Filter removed Secondary Catt's + Resonator Removed PBX Installed Future modifications will be : 3IM + 330i tune (Purchased all parts just need time to replace existing IM) Active Autowerke PERFORMANCE EXHAUST HEADER (Ordered waiting for the package) Also thinking about Universal Vacuum-Actuated Exhaust Cutout Kit or replace the muffler (don't want to be so loud) Automatic to Manual swap (Already have all parts need to find the time) Thinking to do some custom tune. Guys, I need your recommendations. After I apply all the mentioned mods in my car, Can I use PBX with all of those modes? Or I should remove PBX? Is there a way to increase throttle opening speed with a custom tune? (In that case, PBX will be removed) I'm asking because PBX throttle response is awesome, don't want to lose that option. Thank you for the response |

I would be surprised if the tune Bob (Stage FP) uses doesn’t increase the pedal sensitivity. Seems to me like it did.
Also you have a really good set up pending. Have you considered swapping your diff to a 3.73? (That’s assuming you are a rwd and not xdrive.). This would be the last piece of the puzzle and it really helps to liven up the car.

I will check that tune, thanks for the suggestion.
I spend many hours finding LSD Diff but without luck yet, so that's why I didn't mentioned this option in future upgrades. But it will be in my wish list for future after those modes done. I will provide DYNO asap |
