Im back in a BMW!
Been a while since me E30M3, just blew up the Bora TDi and jumped at the chance to go to the dealer and pick up an E90 330d. Going in for a remap this Friday, pleased with the car - just needs more beans. It was between this and a VXR8, which had the same torque..... no brainer really. 330d FTW! Oh - and hello |

Hi all,
They say once you go Jap, you dont go back, well, I have. I have been a fan of Jap cars all my life, I still am but due to a change in personal circumstances I have had to grow up and think more about mpg and finances so I have bought a mint 50k miles, 2007 (57) plate BWM E90 330d M Sport in Le Mans blue. It has had 1 previous very careful owner and a FBMWSH. The car is of the following spec: Manual Alacantra interior Xenon headlights BMW Profesional sound system Rear parking sensors. I have done the following in my 2 weeks of ownership: R Spec remap to around 295 bhp / 450ft lbs with the DPF still in. 7000k LED angel eyes Front carbon full length splitter Nokian WR A3 winter tyres 225/40/18 - 245/40/18 (I will get new summer non runflat tyres soon). I'm actually out in the Evo at the moment as I still have it until all funds have cleared and I have to say as I've not driven it since buying the BMW 2 weeks ago, it's so much more direct than but everytime I nail it I just see £ signs and my fuel needle moving closer and closer to game over |

Hi everybody,
Another newbie to this Forum, done a few searches on here and looks a very informative place and a friendly place too. On my second e9x now. Had an e92 325i until December last but then my dad in laws car came up for sale as he was buying a new car. So sold the 325i and bought the 330d e90 msport off my dad in law. It's just turned 6 years old, had 16k miles on it and had never seen rain. I drive 90 miles round trip to work each day so it made sense to take the diesel option plus it's specced very well and the pedigree of the car seemed like a no brainer Cheers Richard |

Hi
Thought I would say hello. I just put down a deposit on a 07 low mileage 335i and can't wait to pick it up some time this week. I came from a RX8 with a turbo and alot of modification so I guess you really do go back. Anyway looking forward to learning and participating here. Let's hope my only questions and worries are what mods to add next. Cheers Nick |

Hi folks, I've been looking through this forum for a week or so now and it's great to see everyone getting involved and the knowledge and passion that is shared is brilliant.
I have just signed the docs on a low mileage 58 330i in Le Mans Blue with black leather and bluetooth. Just waiting on the DVLA transfering my vanity plate and I'll be good to go. It'll be my 3rd BMW, having owned a 93 5 series and an 89 3 series in the past before taking leave of my senses and buying things like a 3.2 Sovereign and a 5.3 Daimler Double Six. The 330i replaces my Audi A6 3.2 that I have had for 15 months. Looking forward to contributing where I can ! (will load up pics once I work out how to do it from my iphone) Scott. |

Nick! That looks great!
I started with my Angel eyes (Alpine HID angel eyes), Front grill (BMW Performance gloss black), and tinting the windows made a large difference to the cosmetics. |

Sorry to be a newbie, but is mine an LCI version? and someone also mentioned having a 335d m sport with cream leather is pretty rare? Just curious and yeah I have been looking at these angel eye led upgrade kit's, are they worth the £60?
