bmw type 179 wheel

does anyone know if these wheels are forged, thanks

No they won't be, not a chance, you could barely even buy one forged wheel for the cost of four 179s.

They'll be standard cast as normal.

Also Forging allows slender lightweight spokes, 179s are big chunky mothers, so for that design forging would be pointless.

what you say is understandable. going off the idea of 179 as a few seem to have cracked around the rim
