Fan always on

Hi, I Have a problem with my radiator fan always on. Now I have replaced the water pump and thermostate and bleed the system yet the fan still blows full blast. Oddly the car doesn't have a cooling problem, it maintains a constant oil temperature once at running temp. The car actually runs cooler and takes a while to get to temperature because the fan is always on.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! (sorry for the paragraph)

I have ordered that part doing some prior research, hopefully it works. Do you know the location of the coolant temperature sensor?

the harness is connected to a coolant hose on the bottom of the rad you should be able to see it sticking straight up i believe

is there anything else that it could possibly be? I don't have a lot of confidence that this sensor will fix it, and is there two coolant temperature sensors because I found a picture and it point to two. I will post the picture

try locating it on your vehicle im pretty sure there is only one coolant temp sensor unless i am mistaken, but from what you have replaced seems like there is some sort of electrical problem. and the coolant temp sensor is in control of the liquid coolant temp and the engines ecu also uses info for cooling fan which is the issue you are facing so it the ecu thinks its too hot or too cold from the faulty ect then you would be having cooling fan rpm issues.

Okay so it didn't fix my problem unfortunately, the next step I'm going to take is to check the voltage of the housing that snaps onto the sensor just to cover all my bases, then check the voltage from the trunk at the ibs(I think) to see if the water pump is getting the right voltage since the code said "reduced operation"
