Hi,
New to the forum & to BMW.
I picked up a 'Cheap' E91 with high miles,drives great now i have sorted the brake judder (O/S/F brake caliper bracket bolt had knackered the brk).

Anyway, my NoPlate lights are very dim & want to replace,but want to know if ppl recommend LED units & if so what are a good one,as there are thousands out there.
Also Black Kidney Grilles....peoples thoughts on these? I quite like the look of the Gloss ones (My car is Titanium Silver)

The air filter intake pipe (like a fabric looking thing) is half hanging off,so needs replacing , Genuine Part or after market on that?

The number plate lights can be replaced with an LED festoon for a really quick and nice way to get them bright and white. Black kidney grilles is must for me no matter what colour the car is, I just prefer the look.

As for the intake pipe I would suggest sticking to genuine part as going after market isn't going to do that much for you unless you want a different look under the engine bay.

deffo get rid of the air filter,,but im thinking you have no airbox if you can see filter etc,so will have to get an airbox,,sounds like its been owned by a clueless chav,,think ive mis read(fabric looking thing)? should be plastic,can you post a pic please

yup,but the likes of that part maybe aftermarket if you can get one..its only a duct
