Help CCC is completely black

So long story short my CCC is completely black and the i drive knob spins freely. there is also no chime when car is started. Im pretty handy with a solderer. And was wondering if there is a diy on how to rebuild these systems?

You can solder on some new capacitors, get a new CCC or retrofit a cic.
