Is it because in cic and ccc the mic is plugged into the combox/mulf and for NBT it goes to the headunit ?

That's exactly right, the mic is plugged into the Bluetooth unit on the CIC/CCC and on nbt it's directly plugged in. We elected to run an extension from the boot to the headunit to reuse the factory mics

Microphone must be wired to NBT according to the manual on pins 17 (+) and 22 (-), you need to check that pins from microphone are correctly wired and fully inserted in connector. Also you need to make sure that old BT module in the car was disconnected and removed and MOST bus (fiber optic) closed. So does that mean to remove the module in the boot completely out? Im guessing it is rendered obsolete? Is this correct? Does our system not need anything further from the bluetooth unit?? MOST bus (fiber optic) closed. What and how do you do that?

There's a MOSt loop connector that you can buy to close the loop. Disconnect the other connector and you should be ok.

Bluetooth unit goes into the trash. NBT handles bluetooth. You could in theory just leave it connected in the boot and not cause any issues.
If you remove the bluetooth unit theres an optical fibre network in the car that it is a part of. Removing a module will break the optical fibre loop. You basically need to buy a blanking plug that has an optical fibre loop in it to pass the signal though.

Anyway if I want to use the mics in the car do I run a line from the big connector that came off the bluetooth module which Im guessing certain wires are for the mic's. Is that correct how you did it on phils car?
