Battery replacement Tag
The battery has died on my Tag Chrono 2000 so needs replacing. Any recommendations ? I have used TCA watch repairs in the past but always open to new suggestions.

I got peed off with the prices jewelers charge for battery replacements so now do my own. It's not difficult: get a watch back removal tool, unscrew the back and changing the battery is easy and cheap.

It needs to be pressure tested otherwise you could.

Spoke to TCA and for £49.99 they will replace the battery, pressure test it and give the bracelet and bezel a polish. result

last time I had my Omega done by Goldsmiths I used Tesco vouchers on a clubcard boost 4 to 1 so only had to use £80 worth of vouchers but it got a full service with battery change as well

If TCA is the official TAG Service Centre, then yes I can confirm it's an excellent service but it takes 4 weeks !!!
