"Bottoming" noise in suspension

Car has 62000 miles.

Dealer says nothing is wrong. He rather focused on something that didn't make sense and wanted me to spend 4000$ for it but that's another story.

It is like if the front left shock is returning loosely. It is more about "feeling it" than noise. It is continuous on irregular pavement and feels very bad to me.

I wonder if anyone had something like this in their E9X and did something about it.

Sounds like your struts are done. Give 'em the bounce test.
