clean 3 stage intake manifold from 2009 330i with good condition DISA valves.

OEM Part# 11617559523 LM66 (bigger intake runners)

the smaller DISA valve has small tear in the flapper seal, which is easily repairable using gasket maker (i can also fix it upon request of final buyer). however as-is it's not going to cause any noticeable performance loss.
