This is a GROM AUDIO MST3P WITH Bluetooth dongle for wireless audio streaming to your BMW
(inputs include, USB for thumb drives, AUX input & wireless Bluetooth audio streaming.)
Compatible with Apple & Android.
This connects to the MOST fibreoptic system.
Displays track info on headunit display or iDrive.
Simple plug & play on bmw/mini
Latest BMW firmware (will work with mercedes/audi etc if you reflash the firmware - see below for compatibility)
Answer phone calls and skip tracks with steering wheel controls
This unit was fitted in my E91 bmw using the plug for the 6CD changer in the boot.

Installation instructions available on manufacturers website which you must follow.

Compatibility from manufacturers website (will require reflash for anything not BMW)-
AUDI 04-09 w/ MOST (all stereos)
BMW/MINI 04-13 w/ MOST (all stereos)
Also compatible with a few volvos / mercedes but im not sure if they require an additional harness.
