Tpms not working on E90 335i

I recently had the tpms sensors switched from my stock wheels to a set of aftermarket wheels. I still have the tire light on my dash. Can someone familiar with this problem give me a checklist of items to repair or replace? Thanks in advance

You can try resetting. If that doesn’t work, scan for any error codes there may be.

I recently had to disconnect the battery for a minute or two - all usual reset methods failed when I put on my winters. Once the battery was restored it reset normally.
