Yeah rains during summer and gets really damn hot but other than that it's a great place to live. Lol if you plan on moving here let me know I'm a realtor I have helped out a couple of forum members already.

Find me a place on Star Island please. After our last weekend get away to South Beach I decided I want to retire on a yacht in Bay Biscayne and own the Bay Boys II house on Star Island. Should be a good commission check for you.

I actually know this M3 personally, the car went thru a major rebuilt but they did a good job putting it back together, I know is missing the M3 mirrors and a few other things but I think is priced right, also there is nothing wrong with rebuilt tittles, I've had a bunch of rebuilt bmw's and never had a serious problem with them.

I use to live in detroit and moved to florida for college not too long ago. South Florida is great, beats those michigan roads!!
