Noob question, the secondary cat is not monitor right?
doesnt sound like it is but had to make sure
i'm looking to pick up PE and maybe deleting the secondary cat

How long is it before you have to take the smog test? I would be willing to spend the extra money to have them taken off before and put back on after. Is that too much of a hassle though?
