Hexon is the company. They make everything in house.

Good to know dps and intakes if you already have them can be reused. Looking forward to the product.

Looks nice though!
it's a HUGE restriction

the stock manifold is only 1.4" going into the compressor housing. TINY.

Any update on these?

Would be cool to see a cast manifold with a vband clamp attaching the manifold to the turbo. That would make turbo swapping much easier in the future if necessary and also allow Hexon to build upon that with possibly bigger turbos in the future.

Also adapting popular off the shelf turbos to fit the new Hexon cast SS manifolds with vband attachment. So Hexon can sell, say... an expensive ball bearing ti-blade turbo, that a customer wants with the vband already welded to the turbo ready to go onto the Hexon manifolds.

Just a thought for ease of turbo swapping and future upgrades/building on the SS manifold platform.

Just curious, how has the reliability been on the R550's and are they ready to go, in stock right now?

I ordered the RR600 kit on monday. I'll create a thread to follow the build/dialing in process once the kit arrives.

Anyone else taking the plunge?

I am waiting for the stg3 aka RR750+ whatever they will be called. The RR600/RR650 'Stg2+" will all be on the stock manifold. The Stg3 is what this thread is about. Once the testing is done on the Stg2+ the one above your RR600 then their primary focus will be on the Stg3. They have already been developed for over a year now I believe but they are building their product at the moment.

What I like personally about Hexon is they taking in the customer suggestions and keep evolving their product based on market needs/wants. If there is something better they can offer they just don't sit around and let the forum chat about it, they actually come out with a product that has been shown to give results. Not to mention customer service is always top notch and Wayne is great to deal with.

Hexon's main business is actually dealing with turbos in commercial vehicles. At the current time they have been sharing a production line between Hexon and their commercial turbos. They have bought new machines and also moved locations just for Hexon side of things so they no longer need to share the same space. They are still setting things up so they are not 100% as of yet but I expect the Stg3 to take off when they are finished with their new location. Even with all this going on they still managed to get out the RR600 and Stg+ that I think will be capable of 700whp with the proper fueling.

Also FYI if you want to upgrade your order to the RR650 contact Wayne to do so.
