UPDATE: Turns out Jim@DDM had a new hire, and had some issues with that new hire. He stepped up, refunded all my money, and sent out the HID kit. A real class act. Thank you Jim! A++

Why is it so difficult for companies to have decent customer service these days? Seriously.
