Your opinion with black on SGM

I'll probably get bashed for this but that's ok, I don't mind.
Just wanted to get people's opinion on a paint combo.

I have an e92 in sparkling graphite metallic.
I'm planning on getting a new hood and trunk.
What are your thoughts on black hood/roof/trunk on SGM?
SGM is already pretty dark so I'm not sure if you would even notice it.

I don't want to wrap it because I've wrapped my other car and since I don't have a garage, the weather really deteriorates the wrap quickly.
Money isn't an issue so I'd like to get it painted instead of wrapped every few years.

Anyone have pictures or experience with this paint combo?
Thanks in advance!

(also I will be giving away my hood and trunk for free when the time comes. I am on Long Island)

Garage List
Personal taste. I'm not a fan of black hood and trunk. You're right that it won't show up much on SGM unlike, say, white. I have a black wrapped roof which is invisible at some angles - see post #31 in this thread: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1410476

IMO, paint it same color as the car. SGM is a beautiful color but the two tone would make it look like a salvage car that's being pieced back together.

You’ll be able to tell right away under lighting and it won’t look good imo.
Black roofs look good.

I think i am going with no black and just painting it all SGM since i really do like the color.
I guess i was hopping on the bandwagon with this phase of black hood/roof/trunk combo lol.
Anyways, thanks for all the input guys, i appreciate it!
