I have the BMW TCU Bluetooth. My voice dialing address book keeps deleting. I will fill up the voice dialing address book with my contacts. A few days later, when going to use it, I will get the message, voice address book is empty.

The address book and call logs from the phone still show up on the head unit of my radio.

My car has been in for service a few times during the last week to get an MDN and the lost voice dialing address book is usually right after visiting the dealer. Does it get deleted after they hook the car up for programming?

this happens to me all the time. the voice dialing is absolute.
