2009 320i

Recently bought a 320i, drives nicely but after a couple weeks the engine light popped on, garage across the road from me scanned it and it came back with these issues. It's still under warranty so am taking it back to the dealership on the weekend but is it fine to drive for the next few days? I drive a lot for work so would be 200-300 miles.

Just don't want to cause any damage to the car.

It needs a new NOX sensor and adaption reset at a minimum.
