I brought my last car in VA. I wouldn’t buy another car from them….

Their dealership is in San Mateo but their service center is in Burlingame.

Understood, however, since I don't buy new anymore, I buy from whomever has the vehicle I'm searching for that has the options I need/want/must have, etc. There was a time when Passport met that prerequisite every time I needed/wanted to upgrade and I bought at least about 7-8 BMWs from them. Then all of a sudden, their used car inventory slipped,...or if something did pop up on their lot that I liked,...especially over the last 1-2 years, it became a crap shoot in trying to get it,...as folks started putting "Hold Deposits" on vehicles site unseen and by the time I was able to check it out on the weekend it would be reserved or sold to someone in another city or State. So, it's hard to compete with such an aggressive buyer's market.

Central Florida monopoly (Fields) is horrendous too with pricing and sales. My CSA is great though, he kind of hints when to use them vs not for repairs lol

Coggin on the Treasure Coast was always fantastic to deal with in the past, but I never bought there or even saw their prices so can't attest to that side. But my folks use Coggin Acura and they've always been treated well.

We picked up the X3 3 weeks ago and was the simplest process I’ve ever done. Everything was as agreed and they didn’t try to tack anything on. My Z4 moved to “dispatched front the factory” status this morning and I’m expecting the same.

Edit: here’s a link to a quick recap I wrote after we picked up the X3 in case you’re interested.

Where did you pick up? I read your summary and you don't mention the state. just that shipping is available.

X3 was through BMW of Orland Park. Not sure if that's always the case.

They tried to charge me 1% over the BMWFS rate when I bought my car and I simply told the finance manager no. They immediately matched the national rate.

I did not know that was their webstore. Thanks for passing the info along. I need to get some rubber mats.

I wish simply saying no would force them to write up the lease contract at the base rate when I was getting my X5 & wife’s X7. They were firm that it’s non negotiable, but I’m glad you were able to successfully get base rate with them.

I had the finance manager bring up the advertised rate on the BMW USA site on the computer and insisted on that rate. Basically I said, “Deal or no deal”!
