Me trying to figure out why my ride is so harsh

After I had a very bouncy harsh feeling after going over speedbumps, I decided to have a look at it.

My fronts are still good, Bilstein B4 with C7 spring (no idea what brand). Overall road quality is not that bad here, besides a speedbump now and then. Should I replace rear with B4 aswell?

Shouldn't C7 be for the rear and C6 for the front? Do you advise a certain model make of springs in combo with B4?

Result rear:

Not enough information to help you honestly. Dumb question but what wheel and tire combo are you running? Are you lowered? Have you changed the sway bars? My ride comfort got worse with upgraded sways but the handling improvement is well worth it.

Everything should be stock. 325d lci non sport. 225 40 18 front, 255 35 18 back, OEM style 287. Not lowered, all is on non sport suspension. Did not change sway bar yet.

Bregge If you're buying new B4, B6, or B8 kits doesn't it come with the correct springs?

It seems like you have mismatched parts under there but I'm unsure. Something is worn out but it doesn't look like it visually. That's sorta what's going on with my 335i. Nothing is leaking/cracked but I'm certain if/when I remove the OEM parts everything will be loose and have play. I'm at 117k miles, everything drives okay, but the suspension is shot and bigger bumps hit HARD. The rear end is floaty and a bit bouncy when pushing corners fast. From my understanding and driving better cars it's a crap OEM subframe bushings issue but it's all connected.
