Just wanted to show what the Style 261s look like on the E90 Chassis. When I was researching this wheel swap I couldn't really find any photos, so I figured I would use this post as a reference for anyone else who wanted to do the swap. They are the stock wheels off an E82 135i w/ M Sport Pkg. I bought the full set for $280 w/ Potenza RE50 RFTs with about 80% life.

Wheel Specs:
Front: 18x7.5J ET49 215/40R18
Rear: 18x8.5J ET52 245/35R18

The car is a 2008 BMW 328i with stock shocks/springs and M3 control arms front and rear. I am running 12mm front spacers, and 20mm rear. The rear spacers are definitely essential for the wheels to fit as they have much more positive offset than any wheel the E90 came with stock.

Future plans for the car is H&R sport springs which should get rid of the pretty bad fender gap, as well as a wheel stud conversion w/ 15mm F/25mm R spacers to improve the fitment of the car.

Did this just today on my 2006 BMW 325xi and I'm very happy so far. I had my tires painted Satin Black. I picked up the wheel and tire for a great price and the tire had plenty of tread left. Same specs for tires...

Front: 18x7.5J ET49 215/40R18
Rear: 18x8.5J ET52 245/35R18

Everything is stock and it fit just fine. I did not add spacers but may in the future when I change out my shocks and struts.

Ran into a little issue.. Passenger tire sidewall is done so I need to replace my tires.. rims are fine thank god after that pothole..

My question is this.. Currently I am running the same setup..

I was wondering because if seems if I put my profile by 5 for each I have more options for tires... Will

Work with this car?
Any opinions are greatly appreciated as I need to make a decision ASAP regarding the tires.
