E93 rubber window trim question

E93 owners:
The back windows have a leading edge rubber or plastic molding. Now that my E93 is 11+ years old and living in Texas heat, the moldings are degrading. I tried a variety of black sealers to no avail, it still looks crappy.
Do you know if the moldings are easy to replace without dismantling the windows?
Pls advise, thanx.
Mikey

Have you tried gummi pflege on them.

Add moisture to them and softens them

Garage List
Pictures please. Some of them are fairly easy to replace, others not so much.
