True, better than having nothing at all like me... I bet there's oil everywhere.

There's a good wheel repair guy who works out of his trailer at Classic BMW in Plano. He does on-site wheel repainting and refinishing but might need to take it off-site if it's bent and needs truing. I've used him for light curb-rash repair on my car; his rates are reasonable and his quality of work is really good.

Wheel Repair Solutions. Heard they are good but may be pricier.

LSC BMWCCA Autocross #3 - May 14
Hey guys...
Ken O. and the guys from the Lone Star Chapter BMW CCA just opened registration for the next Autocross on May 14th. It's out at the Mineral Wells airport again. Some of you may have seen my videos from the last one - it really is a lot of fun, and it's a good way to test your skill in a controlled, safe, legal environment. I'm hoping to get some more of you local guys to meet up early that morning and head out there. As the event gets closer, I'll nail down a meeting place if anyone's interested. It's a little bit of a hike, but ask any of the experienced AX guys and they'll tell you how much bigger and faster the MW courses are compared to some other DFW locations. Also, if you're a member of the BMW CCA and it's your first time going to Mineral Wells, your entry fee is waived ($25 savings). It's $35 for non-members. INFO REGISTRATION Here's the course map: Does that not look like fun? It's hard to tell from the picture, but you'll be hitting ~80 mph by the end of the straight at the top of the map. Everyone gets 8 runs on the course! I just wanted to throw this out there and give everyone a heads-up. I'm hoping some of you guys will take your babies out of the garage for a day and put them to the test!

Damn it. I want to go. Got an extra set of tires to mess around with too, but it's my bday weekend so I'll probably be doing other festivities

Anyone happen to have an OBD II reader tool? I know I can go to autozone to have them check, but I want to drive around w/ one to make sure my obd readiness codes get set. Let me know!

Nope. Has to be one of those OBD II code readers. Might just get one from autozone and "not like it" in a day or 2.
