Is that a 555 timer ic on your breadboard, Terry?
I took a few EE classes in high school and I tried to dab into a little IC programming trying to mod my Wii. This is good stuff. I keep coming back to find out all this crazy research you've done. I commend you on your efforts. I'd love to help out, but I don't know if there's any way I can. 3 more weeks till I get my 335i, but I don't know if I'd want to start testing this stuff on my baby. One thing you could do is have an independent company create a single IC with your design onboard and you can simply sell the IC soldered on a PCB with connectors pre-soldered on. Stick it in a little $0.50 radio shack black box and sell it off for $100 a pop or something. To get much more complex you may need to look into IC programming, though. I've personally never gone beyond flashing some IC's with pre-programmed Assembly, but I'm sure it's not too difficult. Good luck! If this thing works out really well I'll be first in line.
