I sold the car, and will be buying a set of 7.5mm ones (with the new F80 bolts, since these don't fit on the new cars), so I'm putting these on sale:

2 x 10mm M&S spacers, with extended black bolts
2 x 15mm M&S spacers with extended black bolts

In great condition. Couple of them have some slight scratches/ding from when we took them off, but still in very good condition.

$150 + shipping, for both

I want to get rid of them at once, so if anyone really REALLy needs just one set, they will be $85 + shipping.

UPDATE: I posted a typo... The correct sizes are:
10mm
15mm

(Not 12mm)
