First time buying set of rims
Hey guys, Winter is coming soon and I need a new set of winter tires. With holiday sales going on I have my eyes on some Staggered Arc-8 Rims, they're F 18x8.5 ET 38, and R 18x9.5 ET 22. I got a 08 335 rwd sitting on 18s, car looks like it lowered but I'm pretty sure its on stock suspension, Im aiming for that aggressive clean look, I was thinking some 235 upfront and maybe a 255/45 rear but thats when the spacers come in handy, not sure which would look good, I was aiming something like 10mm upfront and 13/15mm rear? Not sure if I have it down thats why any feedback would be good, don't wanna have any fitment issues

255/45 is a lot of tire for those wheels, 255/35 is the stock tire size for 18s on our cars.
I ran 18x9.5et22 in back (RWD pre-LCI E92) and needed rolled fenders and -3* camber to fit 255/35. Those were MPSS which have a 'blocky' sidewall, so I probably could have fit 265/35 of some other tires and been fine.

225 or 235 square for winter. Narrower is better.

We might be able to chime in here as to what would be the ideal winter setup for your 335i! To start, we would echo what Antetokounmpo stated above. For a winter setup, you will want to run a square fitment. This will provide much more performance for cutting through snow and slush. Our wheels are popular for winter use because of their unmatched caliper clearance. We recommend a square fitment in order to allow front-to-rear tire rotation as well. Square setup: Front & Rear: 18x9" ET30 or ET31 (EC-7 Only) with 245/40-18 winter tires - Direct fit. - 5mm front spacers may be required with certain aftermarket suspensions. This fitment above will also offer a concave fitment front and rear. The 18x8.5 ET38 and 18x9.5 ET22 you were after only offers a concave rear wheel with a flat profile front. I hope this was helpful information! - Max
