What option would one use to code an E82 135i since E82 isn't in NCSExpert? Would E87 or E90 work or would this cause problems?

i believe you'd use E89.

Using Win 7 64 bits.

Sorted. Thanks for your help wildcatcrazy.
I had the desktop short cut pointing to wrong file
C:\NCSEXPER\BIN\NCSEXPER.EXE.
Changed to
C:\NCSEXPER_64\BIN\NCSEXPER.EXE

This software looks bit different to what I used before.
Do you have DIY for NCS Expert.
