all forums should have a parts guru to go to. i had a GM parts guy in Ohio (retired now). that guy was wicked with part numbers and always had great service.

didn't think i could find anything like that on the bimmer boards but you guys at Tischer have been nothing but impressive so far. keep up the good work!!!

The website is what it is. We purchased the software from an independent company, and while it's decent, of course there are some short-comings. We do our best to put all the good stuff in our BMW Accessories/Specials catalog found here where we can actually catagorize everything by vehicle and have some control over...so that usually helps. Also, Jason and I are just a quick email, PM, or instant message away if you ever need assistance....we're always happy to help.

Hi new guy here and I just wanted to post up some feedback. I just recently acquired an 06 325i and purchased a few things from you after reading all the great feedback on this forum. I ended up getting the all weather mats, leather key fob holder, and the chrome 330 tail pipes (I had to make 2 separate orders since I only ordered 1 the first time). I was very impressed with the great prices and extremely fast shipping.

WOW, Tisher BMW internet parts, in my book both are synonyms with perfection. 1st ordered my E90 spare, after a million questions. and they answered every one.

the most awesome was my E90 335xi performance exhaust. had it in 2 days, delivered right to my shop. and the price was lower by several hundred dollars.

+1 on website but I am never a fan of online order in the first place. I was about to say, Evan and Jason make up for the not so intuitive website by being so prompt with their replies to PM. Of course, that takes alot of their time as I am sure they get tons of PM/IM/Emails. But personally, I find it cold ordering from a website (all websites in general) so I just PM the guy.

Evan was a pleasure to deal with, with his rapid fire responses to my PMs always answering any questions right away. I hope to treat my E92 to some other goodies from Tischer this summer. I've only had my E92 a few weeks but quickly shopped Tischer's site and started a list. My new wheels arrived promptly although one had a minor ding. Without my asking, Evan offered to overnight a replacement. I've received other smaller items from them and have a space saver spare and more on order now. purchased oil filter kit, OEM Lug locks and rubber mats for my coupe.

i worked with Jason to get me replacement rubber mats because the driver side did not fit. He sent out a new set right away but those did not fit either and with other posts on here concluded that bmw did not make a correct fitting rubber mat for the e92 driver side. Jason was great about this and I sent the replacements back with no extra shipping charges incurred by me.

The "Tischer" guys are always top notch.

I've done my fair share of ordering from them and many times just PM or IM them on AIM to ask questions or get quotes/shipping times for some items I'm considering buying. They never push for a sale, they never get fed up with my constant messages and they ALWAYS get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. If I owned ANY kind of business (and hopefully one day I will) these two guys would be on the top of my list to model all of my staff from. They are not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and fun to talk to (I'm still trying to decide between the two who is going to be the best man at my wedding from all the good deals they've served up on here).

Thanks a lot guys, there are a lot of people out there who just want to make a buck and don't care if they treat their customers with respect or kindness... you guys do it both and are always on top of your game. I know I'll keep coming back to Tischer as long as Evan and Jason are around.
