Thankfully I read this thread. I received the snowflake last night. I did the right thing and did not panic since I am an informed E90 Post Member. I did what any E92 driver would do in such a situation - drove to straight to Burger King to get my BK Chicken Parmigian Sandwich.

personally I like the warning. I'm amazingly warm blooded and often stroll out to the vee-hicle in the morning wearing nothing but a polo shirt, fire it up, look at the dash (or the rearview mirror, if I'm driving the Heep) and say to myself "huh, it's f**king cold."
I liked it on my old 535i so much that I retrofitted one of those fancy mirrors with the outside temp sensor on my Heep. Especially since I tend to go on road trips places where it can get cold, I like to know when the temp drops outside so I can pay more attention when the pavement turns shiny. |
