I wonder how much longer he plans to do this word of the day thing.

If he continues for a while, I hope the words become a little more general so the sentence can make sense.

I don't think we're being unreasonable here - I think you are.

You walked in, and asked for H11's. We sold them to you. How are we supposed to know that your car is 9006? How are we supposed to know that you aren't buying for another car? If you ask for H11, and we give you H11, don't get mad at us because we don't give you 9006. And then, if you open the bulbs and break the seal, you cause the product to decrease in value... we have every right to charge you for that damage.

If we had given you the advise and said "yeah you need H11"... it would be our fault. If you ask for the wrong application, it is unfortunately your fault. What's right is right, sir. Now those bulbs must be sold as "used"... and your restocking fee makes up for that 15-30% loss in revenue for us.

Furthermore, if your grilles don't fit, why did you not bring them back within the alotted time period? We would have exchanged them free of charge.

I think this is a case of repeated customer negligence.

First of all John, you should look at what you sold me. If you werent even in the store how would you know? I PURCHASED 9006 BULBS that were 80watt. dont you think 80watt on a 35watt is kinda high? i dont want my bulbs blowin out in 1 week. and i didnt open these lights. you dont even know what youre talking about so stop making this a big deal. man up and stop sayin its my fault.
and for the grills. i told someone at your company that it was poor fitment. then when i went to pick up the bulbs kenny took a look at them and thought he fixed it when he didnt.
and you think im being unreasonable? how old are you john? im 19 your trying to pick a fight with a teen. What excellent customer service you have there bud.
your just making it worse and worse. trying to make up excuses. i think you should stop. thanks.
