Yup. I bought the uppholstery from AMX Performance in Poland. Check out Recaro_Max on YouTube on how to pull the upholstery off. Basically you remove the front cutouts via four T15 screws on the backside of the cutouts/seat fold panel, then peel the upholster off. It's all held by tension clips and rubber gaskets, no hog rings or anything difficult like that.

I'll post up a DIY eventually.

That's what it looks like to me

Sure is. I hated having halogen headlights and found a set of pre lci xenons for a steal.

Impressive retrofit, hopefully you figured it out without costing a leg and an arm.

Great work guy!

Seats are a PITA. I restored some sport seats and it was so much work. Granted you had covers, they are still an intricate puzzle in how they are assembled.

For some reason those seats make the interior feel much larger. Which is a good thing. My buddy has pole positions in his E92 M3 and they are amazing. The seats you have are better though in my opinion.

They swapped over with no problem, just had to write code for xenons and tape a wire inside the headlight housing for them to work correctly. Been fine for well over a year now.

Put all the cars in storage for a couple of months as I had to leave the country rather abruptly.

Fuel stabilizers to all gas tanks, full detail before putting on the covers, disconnecting the batteries and vermin proofing the garage so that I don't come home to any surprises. Took almost 3 days all said and done (5 cars, 2 trucks, 9 motorcycles, 1 boat, and a sprinter van) and then I forgot to take a picture specifically for this thread

So in light of that, I got here across the pond and managed to get out a few days ago and figured since we are all car guys we can appreciate some cool toys. I have a family farm here in Italy in the heart of car country, Ferrari, Bugatti (now abandoned), Lamborgini, Pagani, and Maserati are all made within a stone's throw of our farm. There is a cool car club I belong to here that had a small little show to kick off summer and hopefully attract some new members.

Super clean Porsche Carrera RS, this thing is just

Super Badass Carrera with a crazy racing history that spans over 40 years now.

A super fat assed redhead

Enzo Ferrari's personal 330 GT 2+2 that actually gets driven by its current owner

A 76 Alfa Romeo GT Junior Sprint (I just love these things for some reason)

And of course, my lovingly restored Cinquecento that has been in the family since new in 1964. I spent 8 months making this thing perfect again back in 2017.

Fun fact, My wife's grandfather was the 2nd customer ever to take delivery of a Lamborghini Trattori in 1948... Their farm is just a couple miles from the original factory. In 1961 her grandfather put in a new road that was flat and straight for over 3 KM to reach one of the far fields that used to be a rice paddy. At the time it was the nicest road in the area and because of this, the Lamborghini used to use the road to "shakedown" new cars as they could get them as close to their top speed as possible back then. To this day test drivers still rip down our road every blue moon when they take a car out on the actual streets.

Thanks, it sure is... but the mosquitos and heat at the moment make it almost unbearable... we've had multiple days above 38 C with 100% humidity. But the flip side is that the humidity from the Po River is why all the really good salumi (salami, prosciutto, etc) comes from here.

Exotic cars and amazing food, what else could you want!

After almost 7 months of driving around with the excruciatingly ugly, and borderline unsafe stock XI suspension -finally got around to installing a set of ST coilovers. (Thank you Justyn @TH Motorsports) They had them to my doorstep in 2 days. Going to drive for a few weeks so they can settle a bit, then re-adjust height & align.

All I can say is wow. Feels like a completely different car.

Raced a storm home and won so I had plenty of time to snap a few pics. This is one I edited a little on my phone. Thought it looked cool. Those LUX halo bulbs are freaking bright!!! Still a decent pic for an old iphone 6. haha.

That is such a cool little piece of gearhead family heritage.
