E91 Picture Thread

Wow, sorry to hear of the many issues! What a contrast to my wife's 2006 E90 330i for example. We special ordered the car, have had it a little over 12 years and 155k miles, and in 43 years of driving it has been the most reliable car I've ever owned. We were just commenting this week about how quiet the car still is inside with no rattles, squeaks, etc too. It did require the typical N5x "thing" around 100k miles (valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket, oil pan gasket) however. In the past 5 years or so, it has only required regular maintenance, one window regulator and the coolant temp sensor -- both of which were easy fixes.

I can see how some of these are problem prone however -- my thread on the used E91 we bought 2 years ago outlines that experience, but nothing as horrid as your experience.

Appreciate the input CSBM. I checked out your other thread. In hindsight I should have gotten a newer model with less km's... but these 6mt's wagons aren't easy to come by.

Stage 2 ECU. DPF off
Stage 3 flashed automatic gearbox (xHP)
Brembo discs and brake pads
Carbon fiber lip
Fancywide diffuser
Custom 3" straight pipe

made some changes for summer 2017 and went a little more racecaaaar

Either going stage 3 with an updated intercooler and a hybrid turbo or selling it for a E91 335i or F31 335i
